People found it offensive when ban appeals/complaints were rated funny, so it was removed. Same reason for the removal of informative/creative.

 

That is a shame imho. It sometimes is useful, especially when a player makes me smile.
Not to mention that there are so many of the appeals/complaints that are just so funny :p
