I would suggest ranking up to atleast Tycoon, then going for medals, (Treasure Collector) (EXP) (McMMO) etc, or just buying more features

 

Depends on what feats you have right now, I say get feats then Tycoon because feats are op

I like that, it's not worth the money though, I would say getting more star tools upfront then selling them on payment plans for more money

And edit: did you mean EcoLeader instead of EcoLegend? (It goes Builder, Resident, Mayor, President, Tycoon, EcoLeader, EcoMaster, EcoLegend)

I'd save an buy star tools. Then buy features if you got one town. Once you get all the features you want, buy the ranks you want. Then lotto your money away and become either a billionaire or broke!
