Clause 6 - Town Transfers Town Transfer applications allow you to transfer a town via contract for $250,000. The contract must specifically state that you are permitted to apply for a Town Transfer to gain Official Ownership of the town. Town transfers cost $150,000 EcoDollars, not $250,000, as listed in the server rules.
