Just a quick news post in regards to how our Network Economy will work, as I'm getting quite a few questions regarding bank withdraws, bank deposits, etc, when it comes to the servers we will add through the following months.

I'll try to keep this as short and simple as possible.

On all the servers we add you will be able to use /bank withdraw (to take money out of your forum account and onto that server).

On all the servers we add you will not be able to use /bank deposit (to put money back into your forum account).

All servers will have a way to make ECD for the main server (via automated rewards that will continuously get added to your forum bank balance - just as how Skyblock rewards you with 10,000 ECD per 10 island levels - automatically).

The reasoning for this is simple. Should any server have an exploitable way to generate a ton of that specific server's currency, we can prevent that currency making it's way onto the forum and later into the main server. Instead, all servers will automatically reward you in a controlled way.

All AEM players have had their previous ranks transferred back into their accounts. To claim your rank simply log in to Skyblock by joining mc.ecocitycraft.com & using the /server skyblock command. You must log in within 90 days to claim your rank.

All AEM players have had their ranks imported into our shop and can now upgrade them accordingly throughout our current MAJOR SALE.

I'm a tad late on posting this, but this is going to be a very, very comprehensive thread on what will and will not happen on ECC's Skyblock.

First, let's address the elephant in the room. AEM.

AEM is the server we acquired last year, with the intent of making sure their community stays alive. Our second goal was to include their servers in our network. Hopefully by hosting the AEM forums on our servers and welcoming many of their players into our server has done that first part.
The second, is what Skyblock aims to do.

AEM

We're adding a near duplicate of the AEM configurations and ranks to ECC's Skyblock, with a few modifications to ensure longevity (stability is critical for ECC in general).

Here's a list of things that have been copied over from AEM (non-exhaustive)

• Skyblock Donor Ranks
• Skyblock Challenges
• Skyblock Kits
• Past donations (Skyblock ranks)

Here's a list of things that cannot be copied over from AEM (non-exhaustive)

• Player data (saves, inventories, etc)
• Skyblock Islands
• Majority of the plugins
• Custom data/systems AEM developed (though, rest assured we have them saved)

The reason we could not copy any of the above, or other things you may find missing, is that it met one or more of the following criteria:

• Plugin was out of date/required more work than needed to update
• Plugin had issues with the setup/system that required AEM's specific environment
• Would have given AEM players an unfair advantage over ECC players
• Caused incompatibilities/conflicts with our infrastructure
• Security/Exploits caused by it
• Does not fit the ECC standards

I hope that the AEM players can understand that we did our best to include the most important parts for them.
