Addition to Tycoon+ Claims​

What are you suggesting:

I suggest that those Tycoon+ may use their claims for Tools/Items with an ID from another user.​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

This could be a new, lively economic change. It would definitely spice the market. Players will have the choice to claim a town or a Tool/Item with an Own ID from a banned user or a user inactive for 6 months+. I think this would give another reason for the community to spend their ECD and let money leave the economy.​
