What are you suggesting:

I suggest some way of automatically retrieving rented out tools once the rent time has expired. I do not know how viable this is, but it could be connected to the /own plugin to retrieve that item ID.

Ideally, this would be a command along the lines of "/rent [id] [user] [time]​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

This would greatly streamline renting tools and probably encourage doing so.​
