Autoplant cocoabeans with Magic Axe L2/3​

What are you suggesting:

In standard axe mode for the L2 or L3 axe, have cocoa beans autoplant onto the block​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

More functionality for the Magic Axe, esp after L1 (which people don't want to level up)​
