Bleed, the issue with Swords McMMo​

What are you suggesting:

Be able to Toggle Bleed on and off or make it only when you use Serrated Strikes​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

Currently bleed is a very big interruption while trying to train, Toggle would allow you to still use it in PvP​

Other information:

You start to notice it more and more after around level 500 swords at 50%
Currently I'm around 670 swords and I'm really feeling the nuisance of Bleed
At 750+ swords you're at a 75% chance to proc bleed which hinders training​
