Short title for your suggestion:

Boost- Boosted melon seed​

What are you suggesting:

Boost level 3 on melon seed, when breaking melons would provide seeds instead.
Maybe 9 seeds per melon as thats the amount of melons per block​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

Large scale melon farms are awful to build as getting enough melon seeds is quite the choir as we cant use fortune axes on melons to give melon slices. So no fast way to break them​
