Boost Magic Axe​

What are you suggesting:

Level 2 Magic Axe collects leaves instead of possible leaf loot from collected blocks.
Level 3 Magic Axe increases maximum broken blocks to 5000 (current max is 2000) and places a double chest of extra contents not inserted in the player's inventory at the player's location.​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

Would make tree farming more viable with the magic axe. Nobody ever seems to believe how op this tool is, so it needs a boost to its power.​
