What are you suggesting:

Boosted bonemeal has a chance to instantly grow crops/saplings with one bonemeal

Boost 1: 50% chance
Boost 2: 75% chance
Boost 3: 100% chance​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

It's a boost suggestion that I don't see being too game-breaking (esp since bonemeal is dummy easy to obtain these days w/ soul soil biomes & grinders)​

Other information:

%'s can be altered, but boost 3 should be 100% chance per bonemeal​
