buying booster+ should refresh booster​

What are you suggesting:

Purchasing booster+ via the store should refresh your /boost free cooldown​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

buying wizard refreshes the /magic cooldown, I see no reason why this should not be the same way. you are paying for the feature again to upgrade it, the perks of buying it should come with it on purchase not have to wait the entire cooldown to use it.​
