HeadMaster+ Feature​

What are you suggesting:

Adding a headmaster+ feature that allows players to pick a head from the /hdb and receive a stack of that head or remove the 2 second delay for creating heads.​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

Players like to sell heads and this would allow for faster access to getting a larger quantity of them. Having to click once every 2 seconds to get a head can be tedious, but I do understand that spawning large quantities of heads in at once could possibly impact server performance.​

I am aware as it can be server intensive, but I feel like things could be changed, especially if there was a paywall behind it such as another feature. But that is just my opinion :)
