Home flag​

What are you suggesting:

I suggest to add a flag which makes it possible/impossible for players to have a home in a town. This would include /sethome or tp'ing to the home inside of the region the flag is applied on.​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

It helps when I just dont want someone to teleport inside my town. This just includes the teleport aspect. I dont want to deny a player access to my town, I just want them to either teleport to the townwarp or to me directly. This would help if I´m building something and dont want people to randomly teleport into the region without me knowing it they´re there.​
