Indicator that magic is active upon join​

What are you suggesting:

When joining a main server with magic active (either through magic day or a magic hour) a banner appears across the screen with some message like "magical energy surrounds you" then fades away after a few seconds.

Similar to something like this:


(Or, some similar message that appears in the chat as an extension of the usual information blurb that is seen when joining a main server)​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

It is all too common for players to join the server and go about their business for 10-15 mins only to realize that someone bought a magic hour before they logged on and they were completely unaware.

I understand that the community discord has notification for when magic is active, however there are many players who do not use discord or do not always have it open. As it stands, the most efficient way to learn about magic being active while in game is to always check /magicday upon joining. What I am suggesting is a more passive method of conveying that same information in order to minimize confusion.

I think that this addition would be relatively painless to implement, minimally invasive (only appearing for a few seconds when logging on), and would clearly convey that magic was active without the need for a third party application or executing a command to check.​
