Itemfilter -- Nether/End blocks​

What are you suggesting:

Add the nether and end blocks to the possible filterable blocks/items in item filter menu and item filter CLI.​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

This would allow a player to filter blocks out when mining in these zones much like in the way it does in main and the mining world.​
