Make name tags sellable to server​

What are you suggesting:

Allow players to /sell name tags​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

They are an annoying Mcmmo drop, and have little to no worth on the player market. Even if they sell for $0, it would be a way to clear them for those who don’t have access to /ci or /d​

Other information:

We are able to clear the music discs from excavation this way, I feel we should be able to clear the name tags as well.​
