Nether Commands​

What are you suggesting:

Reimplement the /near and /tp commands to the nether​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

I'm iffy on the tp due to tp killing in lava, but since the nether is a non-pvp area anymore, it doesn't make sense to disable /near and /tp in the nether anymore.
With /tp commands, it doesn't really make sense since the nether is underutilized by most people and tp killing most likely won't be an issue.​
