/own HDB heads​

What are you suggesting:

Having the ability to put an /own on a Head Database (HDB) head that you get from the headmaster feature.​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

We can already /own player heads given to us by /skull, so why not these heads? Not everyone has this feature or pay a good number of nstars for them, so the heads are relatively rare.​
