Raffle Stats​

What are you suggesting:

We should be able to do '/raffle stats'! It would be very similar to '/cf stats' and show 'Money Won', 'Money Spent', and 'Money Earned'. Depending on what kind of data is available, being able to see 'Biggest Win', 'Luckiest Win', and 'Unluckiest Loss' would be amazing!​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

Raffle does not get as much attention as cf right now possibly because there are no stats on it like there are on cf.​
