Warp Spuz is listed as SpuzShop on shopdb. Due to flags, the top portion of the town is a farm, so SpuzShop has been added as the shopdb shop. Though because of this the copy warp function copies /Warp SpuzShop not /Warp SpuzPlugin or custom addition:

This is just due to you listing the SpuzShop region tbh.
You don't have to list the subplot of a town to list the chestshops in the subplot.
I tested this by making a fresh chestshop within a subregion in my personal region, but I only listed the full town itself(with the warp). The chestshops within vroengard2 were listed under vroengard.
Tl:dr, if you want shops listed under your town warp then the town region itself must be listed.
I notice your /warp spuz takes you to the spuzshop subplot - I surmise that simply listing the Spuz region and de-listing the spuzshop region will ensure that spuz shop listings offer a proper warp (/warp spuz)-
