Clause 2 - Scamming
A general definition of a scam in the context of EcoCityCraft is a transaction in which a user pays for goods or services from another user, and does not receive those goods/services in the agreed upon timeframe.
Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion.


Section 6 - Unfair Play

Clause 2 - Multiple Accounts
Multiple accounts used by different people on the same internet connection/IP are allowed. (Contact staff to inform them first to avoid any problems)
An individual person playing on multiple accounts is allowed as long as no financial benefits arise from doing so, and no account belonging to that player are banned.
There must be absolutely no financial interaction between multiple accounts that you own if they are for the sole purpose of funding an "alt" account.
Your "main" account is the account that has been used on EcoCityCraft for the longest period of time, and that you are mostly known for. If you do not understand this part of the rule, it's best to simply avoid any interactions between accounts. This rule is enforced completely at staff's discretion.
Direct or indirect transactions (via /pay, trade signs, etc) are not allowed if they are financially benefiting your alt account.
If you have another account you wish to play on, and make money with, it cannot be used to fund other accounts.
Minor things such as paying an alt account for a rank upgrade through your main account is allowed.
Paying for absolutely anything on your main account with money from an alt account however is NOT allowed.
If any account owned by a player is banned, all the other accounts owned by that player will not be able to appeal until the account banned first has successfully appealed.
Exceptions may be made to this in certain scenarios such as inappropriate username bans.
If there are multiple accounts on the same internet connection/IP, either used by you or others, you must contact a member of staff immediately to inform them to avoid issues.
Users may be questioned for being on the same internet connection, or, in cases of suspicious activity and bans, immediately banned regardless of the reason for the same connection, to be appealed with an explanation.​

Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means:

I don't think that this should be long. It should be powerful, though. Section 3 Clause 2 means that what I call stealing in a sneaky way, is not allowed. It's unfair and not fun for the player that the item or the money got stolen from. There's not more to say to this then that I wasn't smart for doing so.

Section 6 Clause 2 is a rule that I remember breaking within this ban. It's not in my ban reason nor did I find it back on the forum. I just remember breaking this rule, and I want to be fair about it.
In my situation, this rule is about how I was banned for a reason, yet I still go online with an alt account, bypassing my ban. This gave me access into the server.​

I feel like I've learned a lot in this.. probably year that I've been banned from ECC. I wasn't in my place at school at the time I got banned. The school work became too much for me, and with that so did ECC.
I've posted another ban appeal not long ago. I stated that I did not have much time for ECC. This has changed. My teachers also noticed that it wasn't going well with me. They talked to both me and my parents and we decided to move me down a level at school. At this level, I have less school work. I'm also happier. Anyways, this means more time for other things, and I would like to invest that into ECC.
I'd like to tag @_Sharpy and @MinecraftParkerH in this. I've seen Sharpy quite active. Sadly I also saw a thread of @MinecraftParkerH quitting ECC. I do not know if he will still want to receive his money. Sharpy let me know on my last appeal that he would agree with what I opposed. I want to discuss this with Sharpy, if he wants too as well.
Bypassing was just plain stupid of me in the past, but I cannot change what I've done.

I think I've learned from my mistakes in the past, and I hope that you guys are convinced of that too.​

 

I think that I have around 2-5 hours every day to devote to money making depending on the day.
I don't know if I have tools or not. I have a storage house in a town that went inactive, so I don't know if someone claimed that and emptied my storage. I'm not even sure if my tools were in there. I'll see. But I'm assuming that I have no tools.
