Sexual Harassment and Failing to pay back a loan.​

Rule Violated:

Clause 3 - Harassment
Harassment constitutes as any form of action (chat or game play wise) that makes another player feel threatened or otherwise ruins their game play.
Griefing in the wild does not constitute harassment. Harassment in the wild is strictly chat/command based.
This includes, but is not limited to; blackmail, bullying or any other form of harassment that occurs through our chat system.
Attempting to kill other players in any non-PvP zone also constitutes as harassment, and succeeding in killing other players in non-PvP areas is a very severe offence that will result in a ban.
Harassment is absolutely inexcusable on EcoCityCraft. If you are engaging in this behavior expect to be removed from the server with little to no warning.
Disrespecting staff falls under this rule - They are players too.

Clause 2 - Scamming
A general definition of a scam in the context of EcoCityCraft is a transaction in which a user pays for goods or services from another user, and does not receive those goods/services in the agreed upon timeframe.
Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion.​

Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means:

The rule means that I should not scam and sexually harass other people. It took time for me to realize how some few words can disastrously affect a human being. I'm disgusted by my childish, immature behavior. I have matured and I now realize how bad and stupid I was. The words came from me. From a year old younger version than me. I didn't really think that my ban was fair. Well now I disagree with myself. I totally deserved and I admit that I was an awful human. No person should be assaulted and become a victim of sexual harassment. Even when it's on the internet. I feel sorry and I really apologize to the victim. Same thing for the victim of my scamming activity.​

Reason you feel you think you should be un-banned:

Well, to be honest I don't really deserve to be unbanned. I have been banned multiple times, each time disappointing the wonderful community of EcoCityCraft. And I will admit all the bad things I have done in the past on the server. I have sexually harassed one person. I have scammed people. I have betrayed people. I have attempted stealing (I tricked someone into losing their valuable axe (i dont remember the name of those toola) but then I felt really bad for what I did and almost had a mental breakdown. I gave the tool back). I have pissed admins off.

So to sum it up, I was cold-hearted. But as I said, I have matured. I have no reason to continue those actions. I will try to contribute to the community. I also want to come back to apologize to all the people I have offended.

I have been banned for over a year (almost 2 years? I dont remember to be honest). I feel that I kind of have served my sentence. But deep inside, I can't forgive myself. But I need to remember that I wasn't that mature as I am now. I made trolling appeals last year (see https://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/ban-appeal-usapresident999.130510/). That makes me a unserious person. But It's up to you guys to forgive me. Forgiving takes power and braveness. It can be a very good or bad decision.
