Brief Description:
Error and/or bug in renaming owned and own remove id star tools in anvil. The error message for both instances are "You cannot craft with items that are owned."

Instructions:
1. Right click anvil or type in command /anvil
2. Drag the own (with unique id) or own-remove-id (with unique id) star tool into the anvil

How many times did you recreate this?
Example: 3 out of 3 times.

Result:
"You cannot craft with items that are owned."

Expected Result:
We are normally able to rename our enchanted tools, but it does not allow it anymore.

Evidence:
Other players tried to as well and had the same unwanted result.
