Brief Description:
Magic Axe in Tree Feller and Tree Feller Replant modes bypasses region protection only for hitting any tree variant of logs.

Instructions:
Right click to switch Magic Axe to Tree Feller or Tree Feller Replant mode.
Hit a log in a region you are not added to.

How many times did you recreate this?:
Twice, tested with @DCxCyBeR and @Atzall in town Apismell on /mn

Result:
Users were able to break logs individually while in Tree Feller or Tree Feller Replant mode. Magic effect did not happen, only single log blocks were broken at a time and put into users' inventories.

Expected Result:
Region protection would prevent users from breaking logs.

Adding on to this bug report as it relates to world guard regions (if you would prefer a separate report, let me know)

It seems the above report is now fixed (probably rolled back a version of the magic plugin) but now hitting any logs in a protected region will break the magic effect (tree feller and replant mode) and you will have to wait until a server restart before being able to use the magic axe again. Any connected trees that happen to go into protected regions that you don't have access to will also cause this to happen.
