Brief Description:
Magic axe replant mode does not plant mangrove propagule on mud blocks

Instructions:
Use magic axe replant mode on a mangrove root/muddy root attached to mangrove leaves with the roots placed over mud blocks

How many times did you recreate this?:
Tested multiple times with both mangrove roots and muddy mangrove roots as well as mangrove logs. All results were the same regarding mud blocks compared to dirt/grass working correctly with replant mode.

Result:
Propagules do not get planted on mud blocks.

Expected Result:
Propagules should be planted on mud blocks.
