I was selling my stocks I sold 251 of stocks then straight after sold 15 of a differnet companys stocks but It said I had to wait 30 seconds. I waited then tried to sll it it didnt work so I repeated and refrshed instead of waiting, the stock had sold withoutme waiting. I hope that a little better, bit tricky to put into words

I think he's trying to say that the 30 second wait timer for selling stocks can be avoided by refreshing the page.

The 30 second post cooldown is coming into play because everytime you buy/sell stock you "secretly" make a post in a hidden staff forum we have to track all stock activity ;) - And yes we made sure it wouldn't make your post count go up.
