I have a town with huge amounts of land for sale so that you could set up a vault/storage building. You wouldn't have to worry about being evicted we can work out a contract for that, the town also has a warp, /warp QTown. There are two other vault owners in this town if you want to see what they think just /Pm in game or on the forum.

It may not be a whole town, but it could the right size for you at a cheaper price than buying a town.
