    Brief Description: I'm trying to use /magic on eduardo1998's level 1 magic pick. I keep getting the "This item cannot be upgraded" error. I've tried the command multiple times. We've tried it with him having /own on it, with me having /own on it, and with /own removed.

    Instructions: Hold magic pick in hand. Use /magic on it.

    How many times did you recreate this?: 10+

    Result: "This item cannot be upgraded"

    Expected Result: "This item has been upgraded to level 2"

    i think that my pickaxe is bugged, @HisuiMaiko tried to upgrade it too and it didnt work either

    Please hand the tool to @ClarinetPhoenix and she will forward it to me for investigation.

    @Enegek, you do not have Wizard in your account, why are you attempting to use the feature?

    I was attempting to sell my /magic after you had messaged me saying you wouldn't be able to refund the Wizard feature, after some Tebex changes. Though, this is no longer applicable since you were able to remove the feature and send me a gift card for the amount today.

    The original bug here has also now been fixed, users should no longer experience this in the future should they have such a tool. :)
