Brief Description: while mining cobbled deepslate using an eff5, fort3, mending, unb 3 netherite pick the cobbled deepslate block mines at the rate, if not slower than, obsidian.

Instructions: Take any pick mean to mine iron ore or higher and try to mine cobbled deepslate.

How many times did you recreate this?: many. I had Ishanv watch me do this.

Result: cobbled deepslate mines incredibly slowly. Ishanv took my pick and it mined fine for him but even after relogging and restarting MC I still get this issue.

Expected Result: cobbled deepslate should mine significantly faster than this.
