General Purpose of Contract:
The Sale and Purchase of a Melon Sword

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I @upmoon agree to pay @alex101911 $2,000,000 in increments of $150,000 a week, in return for a Melon Sword with the enchants Silk Touch 1, Unbreaking 3 and Efficiency 5. Payments will be due every Sunday, beginning with the Sunday after this contract is accepted. The full amount of $2,000,000 is due May 10th, 2015.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@alex101911 agree to provide @upmoon with the aforementioned Melon Sword within 24 hours after this contract's acceptance. @@alex101911 also agree to not file a complaint on @upmoon until after May 10th, 2015 when the full amount of $2,000,000 ECD is due from @upmoon for the Melon Sword.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:

i would like to say that the msword has been giving to me on the date febuary first 2015 and i even though the contract is still yet to be approved do plan on paying back all of the money to @alex101911 by the date specified and if he stops playing for more than 3 weeks or 21 days i will be paying 1.5mil to @Exilenela because the sword was origonally sold on a plan from exil to alex for 1.5mil on the same day i bought it.

 

also i would like to have @alex101911 and @Exilenela to agree that if for some @alex101911 is banned or stops playing that i can insted pay the 1.5 mil to exil and i will then pay alex the 500k that would be left over from that

 

@DevotedToChrist well the way things are looking right now i may just take all this into my own hands nad work on a trust system due to alex not being online for a few day and if he has quit then he wouldnt be able to sign a contract
