General Purpose of Contract: Safely lending my Melon Sword.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

I agree to lend @MinecraftParkerH my Melon Sword (#II3M4JGX) for 7 days. I will be providing that tool to @MinecraftParkerH upon this contract being approved and receiving the payment of 90,000 ECD within 24 hours of this contract's approval. At the time of providing the tool, I will show @MinecraftParkerH the chest in which the tool is to be returned at the end of the borrowing period.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

@MinecraftParkerH agrees to pay me 90,000 ECD within 24 hours of this contract's approval.
@MinecraftParkerH agrees that should the tool be lost or broken, the tool must either be replaced or compensated in the amount equivalent to the netherstar price of the tool (1,000k). Full repayment in this situation is expected within 2 months.
@MinecraftParkerH agrees that the tool will be returned to the designated chest in the Rising town of Corellia (X: 13220 Y: 78 Z: 13987) 7 days after the approval of this contract. If @Caitlin_Crime is unavailable at that time, @MinecraftParkerH agrees that they will take time-stamped screenshot(s) of the return of the tool to the appropriate private chest, and then upload them and forum PM them directly to @Caitlin_Crime.
@MinecraftParkerH agrees that late returning of the tool will result in a late fee of 5k/day for up to 3 days, and that after 3 days a complaint will be filed for the returning of the tool and for the late fees incurred.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
