General Purpose of Contract:
Sale of @zr2002's melon sword with the ID #JBMDZEGV to @kstepnowski

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
@zr2002 will place the melon sword with the Item ID listed above in a chest located at X: 8060 Y: 72 Z: -4429 located in rising that @kstepnowski has been added to within 24 hours of receiving the downpayment from @kstepnowski. @zr2002 agrees not to remove @kstepnowski from this chest until either he has returned the melon sword to @zr2002 as he was not able to pay it off (see below for these terms) or until the own has been transferred to @kstepnowski.

@zr2002 agrees to transfer the ownership of the melon sword to @kstepnowski using /own kstepnowski when holding the melon sword once all payments have been made.


The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@kstepnowski agrees to pay @zr2002 a downpayment of $100,000 within 24 hours of this contracts approval.

@kstepnowski agrees to pay @zr2002 $100,000 per week for 10 weeks with the payments due on the following dates:

If @kstepnowski misses a payment he will be given 4 extra days to pay it off with an extra $15,000 added onto payment for that week. If he still misses the payment after the 4 extra days, he will be required to return the melon sword to @zr2002 in the chest listed above and will not be required to make any more payments.

If @kstepnowski breaks/loses the melon sword he will still be required to make the payments.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
