General Purpose of Contract: To secure the Tycoon claiming of the town Tvestia from @Ian__D to @crossfire26

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I, @crossfire26, agree to uphold the following terms:

• Upon getting Tycoon, I will file a Town Claim for the town of Tvestia, whose current owner is @Ian__D
• I will provide @Ian__D with the sum of $100,000 immediately after the contract is accepted, and before I apply for the town transfer.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: The current town owner, @Ian__D, must uphold the following terms:

• By signing this contract, @Ian__D gives me the permission to claim his town of Tvestia from him through the use of my Tycoon town claim.
• @Ian__D cannot challenge my claiming or interfere with town ownership of the town, Tvestia, at any point in time after the signing and closing of this contract.
• By signing this contract, @Ian__D will forfeit ownership of Tvestia permanently unless added as a co-mayor at a later date.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.: Yes, I do.
