General Purpose of Contract:
Loaning $500,000 with $750,000 due in 2 weeks, OR $675,000 due in 48 hours.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I agree to pay @RyanDell6 $500,000 ECD upon contract approval.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@RyanDell6 must:
- Pay @alpert3925 $675,000 in 48 hours. If he fails to pay the $675,000 in the allotted time, he must:
-Pay @alpert3925 $750,000 by February 12th 2016
- Pay late fees of $20,000 a day for each day the loan is late (after the final due date of February 12th 2016). A maximum of 10 days late will be permitted.
- Must repay loan directly to @alpert3925

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:

I mean, that is what he agreed to. I am not forcing him to do that. He said he could easily make 750k in 2 weeks and that it was not difficult at all. That is the time frame he suggested, not me. He said he was putting the loan into sports book, so I told him that if he won and he payed me back early that I would take money off the original 750k we agreed on.

It's not like I am doing this loan with a builder or new player. I am loaning to an experienced, 2.5+ year member who fully understands the loan he is agreeing to. I do not see what the issue is.
