Why you want to join the Otter Fan Club: I was informed by andrewkm today that doing so was now mandatory. I'm hoping this goes through before I receive some kind of ban or warn. And also I thought it was a cool idea and intended to do so already.
How long have you known Otter: I don't know Otter personally at all, merely his legend.
