This thread serves as a place where I will post all upcoming evictions. This is also to update all members on town eviction rules.

You will receive notification of eviction here and by mail(if you dont have a forum account) if you meet one or more of the following criteria:

1. You are banned from the server for 7+ days.
2. You are inactive from the server for 14+ days. (Note: If you know you will be inactive 14+ days mail me on the forums and I wont evict you).
3. You grief the town or the farm beneath it.
4. You were just added for services and are therefore being removed.

Upon receiving notification of eviction you have 3 days to remove all of your items before LWC removals will be placed.
Tagging all town members so they are aware of this. Note: (This is and was on the town rules board).
Note: Being tagged in the following spoiler DOES NOT mean you are getting evicted its just for you to be aware of this thread.
