    I tried /magic on HyruleanHero's netherite lvl 1 chestplate but "You do not have permission to upgrade this item" He /own'd the item to me to see if that worked but it also did not.

    Instructions:
    put yourself in my shoes
    try to /magic hyrul's chestplate

    How many times did you recreate this?:
    many

    Result: not being able to /magic the chestplate

    Expected Result: being able to /magic the chestplate

    I'll assume you were trying to do this on MainEast, which does indeed require Wizard++.
