using /magic with nothing in hand reset my timer back to 30 days. (used up my /magic)

Thanks for reporting.
It looks like the command must be run with all lowercase otherwise it kills your cooldown.
Likely something to do with the new 1.19.1/1.19.2 Mojang chat changes.
I've removed your cooldown on /magic, please be sure to use lowercase until the bug is fixed.-

This has now been fixed.
You can now only use the lowercase command for it to register.
