I think we already have the link on /help resident, would be doable to add tinyurls to all the other rank helps as well.

Sounds like a great idea but maybe a command like /rankup as many other servers use it and ive seen many builders ask if we have the command. But it will work as suggested.

We will not be making a new command, simply for redirectional purposes.
However I am all up for improving our help files even further.

Marking this suggestion as in-progress and tagging both @Nicit6 and @pokeball92870 to look into making things more simple within our help commands in game.

 

This would clash with the fact that when you make a mayor application for example, it is to give the coordinates of your town which is then created by a GA+

 

what i was trying to say when they type /rankup it would give the help stuff but as andrew says he wont make a new command so it does not really matter

 

A way around that would be to allow, but not require, the Mayor and President rank to file for a town application. The automated /rankup command would still work, you would just have to file for a town through the forums. Nonetheless, command-rankups aren’t the point this suggestion. This is about making the application url easier to find.

 

I see. I misinterpreted what you said as when you said 'many other servers use it' I believed you actually meant the rankup taking place using this command as I have had experience with servers where this command actually performed the rankup itself.
