Increase collection radius​

What are you suggesting:

With the recent decrease in the time that items stay spawned, I’m suggesting that we look at increasing the collection radius for players.​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

This will help with items escaping a player while mining underwater and will help alleviate some of the possible headaches with the decreased limits.​
