Mailregion should send to subregions​

What are you suggesting:

I noticed when using mailregion it only sends mail to the top level region.If an entire town has dozens of subregions plots, sending mail per region might as well be sending per user part of the town.

I would like to request that when you do /mailregion the mail send to all subregions below it.​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:
