What are you suggesting:

Implementing a tool that lets players customize armor stands without giving to Many permisions to the Player. (I dont Know anything About permisions but it says it does that)

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

Making things look cool cause we can is always Better.. Very Much same reasons as the Custom Heads plug-in being suggested atm.​
