Reduced Auction Cooldown WIth Feature​

What are you suggesting:

That if a player has a certain feature, have their auction cooldown lowered.​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

Auctions on main are not exactly overloaded so I believe lowering the auction cooldown for certain players may not be too much of a problem. Maybe it could be lowered by half or something close. I just think for the amount of auctions we get, 4 minutes is too long.​

There is also no need to have it this high. There are very few auctions happening at the same time so it isn't really that effective.
