So I don’t know much about world edit commands but I do know a good bit about making plots..

You don’t NEED the dirt tower to make the plots, you can just type in the coordinates and go without using wand. I’m not sure how what you’re describing really helps.

Two- I believe you can wand in the air? I’m not sure on that one and

Three- if you just want someone to plot your town for you in a short amount of time for a decent price give @FuriuosGeorge a shout in game.

 

+1 this sounds like a good idea.

 

There are commands for this. Use your want get the coord then change the y to what you want. Alternately i do town power plotting. Basic services are less expensive than an entire town, but there are all ready options for this. Adding a command to avoid a command seems counter intuitive to me.
