    What are you suggesting:
    While wearing a boosted turtle helmet you get the following bonuses

    L1 - Infinite Air
    L2 - Infinite Air + 2x swimming speed
    L3 - Infinite Air + 4x swimming speed    ​
    Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:
    Boosted turtle helmets should be a flex of wealth and a demonstration for your love of the water.​

    No promises on this one, but we'll do our best.
    The swim speed is a bit of a problem as the only vanilla way to increase speed in water appears to be Dolphins Grace, but once again, we'll see what we can do. :)
