Impoved sell hand feature​

What are you suggesting:

a feature to either reduce or remove the sell hand cooldown​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

for many prestige shop owners the current cooldown makes it very hard to sell all the items sold to them which in turn makes it harder for new players to be able to sell their items due to full chest shops​
