Revisit LWC /cdonation bug​

What are you suggesting:

The LWC feature /cdonation was disabled some 3 years back. I believe I have found the thread it was decidedly disabled.

I would like to request that the dev team look into if it's been fixed so we could have this ability back. Lots of people miss it, including myself!

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

/cdonation is a lovely way to have a sort of mail box for a player, or a return deposit box, or donation box as intended. It's missed.​
