Star shears​

What are you suggesting:

Add Eff10 shears to our long list of star items (or whatever efficiency would insta break wool, vines, etc)​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

For starters, it’s another star item that could potentially take nstars out of the market.

Also, compared to items like the star elytra and shield, this one would actually have a practical use, although not as practical as mswords and Eff7s.​

Other information:

I know this has been at least mentioned in the past (couldn’t find an actual suggestion), but it hasn’t been really mentioned in two years plus. Since that time, “worthless” star items have been suggested and accepted (looking at you star shield), so why not this one; I’m not seeing any way it would hurt the economy really.

Also, in terms of nstar price, I was thinking make it pretty cheap (like 300-500 nstars) since it is more of a building tool than an economy tool.​
