I searched for it in logs, the last event is it being moved around in Lux's inventory.

 

This has happened to me before.

Click on the empty slot where the tool was or fill it with another block.
It should re-appear.

If it doesnt, idk

 

If it helps.. this happened to me with a Star Sword (Loot4). I was repairing it frequently. Same issue.. it disappeared. I was farming mobs at the time.

@ClarinetPhoenix may have more info but I’m pretty sure it was a similar result. She couldn’t see anything past being moved into my inv as well.

Not sure if this helps. It would be nice if I was able to get it back as well. I was told nothing could be done.

 

@David_Torento - around when would you say you originally came into the possession of the tool @luxuriantspy5 is discussing above?

This has happened to me too as well. It’s happened 5 times now. The first time I freaked out and panicked and started spam clicking the place where the sword was and it reappeared. Now when this happens I just click the place in my hot bar where the sword was and it shows back up.
